The LT 2012, with it’s 12” tunnel size, is a direct replacement for the most popular LectroTreat of all time. The LT 2012 takes up to 66% less floor space than the standard 12″ bulk LectroTreat. Even with its smaller foot print, the LT 2012 can achieve higher line speeds than the standard LectroTreats.
The LectroTreat operates on a HV capacitor system creating an oxidized cold plasma inside the plasma tunnel at atmospheric pressure. All parts pass through the tunnel on a continuous conveyor system. The LT 2012 reaches a higher level of energy by supplying what is referred to as a directional plasma in air. This directional plasma allows any part to be completely treated.
